Job description

As a trainee specializing in Sales and Key Account Management, you will support our sales team in customer care and new customer acquisition, learn the fundamentals of key account management, and take on your own sales projects. You bring a completed degree, initial practical experience in sales, and excellent communication skills. Upon successful completion of the 24-month training program, we offer you promising career opportunities and further training options.


Your tasks include:

  • You will learn the basics and strategies of our sales operations, including product and market analyses.
  • You will assist our sales team in managing a specific sales territory in the Greater Vienna area, Lower Austria, and Burgenland, and in developing existing customer relationships.
  • You will help identify and approach potential new customers.
  • You will learn how to manage and develop our key accounts under the guidance of experienced Key Account Managers.
  • You will take on your own projects in the sales department, including planning, implementation, and success monitoring.
  • You will conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities.
  • You will create and deliver sales presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You will support contract negotiations and the preparation of proposals.
  • You will regularly report progress and results to the sales management team.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ideally, internships or student positions experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • High level of customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment and work independently.
  • Flexibility and Willingness to Travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Entrepreneurial Approach and Strong Hands-on Mentality.
