In this role, you will be responsible for Trade Marketing & Fairs related activities. You will develop, adapt and execute action plans in-line with global and local Marketing guidelines & objectives.

Job description

Trade Marketing 

·         Craft and execute innovative Trade Marketing Plans that align with Sales and Marketing objectives.

·         Elevate brand visibility and bring bold campaigns to life in line with annual marketing goals.

·         Design, produce, and launch captivating communication materials (2D, 3D), from eye-catching shop displays to immersive shop-in-shops.

·         Tailor and implement creative, channel-specific marketing strategies for retail partners.

·         Lead exciting trade promotions and dynamic in-store campaigns with cross-functional teams.

·         Drive Retail and Marketing initiatives with key partners and collaborators, fueling impactful strategies.

·         Conduct in-store checks to ensure brand presence is strong and guidelines are flawlessly executed.

·         Collect, analyze, and leverage Retail data to inform decision-making

·         Manage budgets with precision, ensuring efficient and impactful marketing spend.

·         Steer and collaborate with agencies to produce cutting-edge creative work.

·         Monitor success through reporting, with insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

·         Offer flexible support for ad-hoc requests, bringing creative solutions to the table.

  

Fairs 

·         Conceptualize, plan, organize, and execute standout fairs and events that captivate audiences.

·         Build strong relationships with organizers, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating key partnerships to elevate event success.

·         Oversee booth construction and actively participate throughout the event to ensure flawless execution.

·         Manage and guide agencies in delivering exceptional fair and booth experiences.

·         Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account, Product Management, Brand

·         Management, and HQ (Italy) to ensure seamless event integration.

·         Take full ownership of local project budgets, from planning to meticulous cost control.

·         Track success through insightful reporting and data-driven recommendations for continuous event improvement.

Job requirements

·         Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on marketing and/or retail

·         Strong communication and project management skills

·         2–5 years of professional experience in marketing or sales

·         Experience in retail marketing and trade fairs is a plus

·         Ideally familiar with retail structures in Austria (MSD, buying groups)

·         Goal-oriented and agile approach in a dynamic environment
