Job description

As the central link, you will ensure smooth communication between our sales consultant agency and the De'Longhi Group. At the same time, you will be the leading product expert for all four of the company's brands.

Your task is to represent the De'Longhi Group and its brands convincingly—both internally to employees and externally directly at the point of sale and in contact with the agency. With your in-depth product knowledge and enthusiasm, you will enable internal and external sales teams as well as sales consultants in Austrian specialist retailers to present our high-quality products in the best possible way and increase sales success in the long term.

This means in particular:

  • Managing the sales consultant agency and preparing reports and analyses relating to training and sales consulting

  • Conception, design, and updating of appealing and results-oriented training materials and presentation of new products, including the development of sales arguments for internal employees and external sales consultants;

  • Planning and implementation of product training courses for the four brands of the De'Longhi Group. This includes both traditional classroom training for retailers (large retailers and specialist retailers) in Austria, sales consultants, and internal employees, as well as digital training formats (webinars);

To be considered for the Promotion Specialist & Trainer role at De'Longhi Group, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in promotional activities and training

  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging training materials

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proven track record of successfully promoting products or services

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
