Marketing Manager with management responsibility

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of a team consisting of 3 Brand Managers and 1 Junior Brand Manager. The position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills and close collaboration with other departments and global markets to effectively implement the brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead, motivate & develop the brand team. Ensure collaboration & knowledge sharing.

  • Brand Strategy & Communication: Develop key marketing materials. Oversee ATL/BTL communication for product launches.

  • Market Coordination: Support local teams in implementing global materials. Ensure brand consistency & approve local adaptations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing with product strategy. Work with digital & media teams for a cohesive brand presence.

  • Budget & Resources: Plan, forecast & track ATL/BTL budgets.

  • Presentations: Prepare & deliver presentations to management.

  • Social Responsibility: Promote inclusivity & corporate responsibility.

Job requirements

Professional Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Several years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally with leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, ATL/BTL communication, and digital marketing

  • Experience in managing agencies and external partners

  • Proficiency in budget planning and KPI analysis

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
