Support the Marketing Manager in creating communication materials and guidelines for product launches and promotions; tasks include content adaptation, project scheduling, and platform maintenance.

Job description

Support the Marketing Manager with the creation of global communication materials and guidelines in line with the brand, product and commercial strategy across all consumer touchpoints for product launches or promotional concepts.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract as maternity leave cover.


Your tasks include:
  • Adapt existing communication concepts and develop communication assets (e.g. leaflets, videos, images, POS material, digital content etc.) for upcoming product launches or promotions to maximise the company’s sales and profit (measured by brand awareness, equity and market shares);
  • Maintain global information platforms (e.g. global asset bank, hub etc.) to ensure best usability for all markets/ users and provide information across different marketing tools (e.g. newsletter, main product catalogue);
  • Produce project schedules defining activities, resource and timescales in conjunction with team members and regular reporting showing progress and highlighting issues;
  • Handle submissions of Product and Design Awards;
  • Handle diverse admin tasks (e.g. upload of data, PO creation, stock tracking, maintenance of contact details etc.);
  • Competitive research of global communication.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor or preferably master's degree in business management with a major in Marketing;
  • Graduate looking for a career in marketing;
  • Relevant first experience in Brand Marketing (e.g. BTL / ATL, POS, social media, influencer marketing);
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working in a team environment as well as individually;
  • Proactive, flexible and stress resistant;
  • Fluent in English and German.
